Movement for Healing & Confidence
Dance Roots is the heart of our creative wellness work.
Through dance, rhythm, and movement-based expression, participants explore emotional release, mindfulness, and self-awareness.
Each session encourages joy, connection, and empowerment through movement.

Peace Moves
~Restorative Justice, Mediation & Mindfulness
Peace Moves bridges restorative practices with mindful action.
Participants learn to manage emotions, communicate effectively, and restore balance in their communities through creative dialogue, restorative circles, and movement-based meditation, building empathy and understanding.

Creative Justice Arts
~Where Art Meets Advocacy
This interdisciplinary program merges self-expression and activism through projects in creative writing, design, and performance.
Participants use art to explore identity, justice, and healing — from sneaker and denim design to storytelling, creative writing and poetry.
